Phoenix Shopping Centre was acquired in 2013 by Firmus Capital. The centre is located on Rockingham Road, which is the main south coastal arterial road for Spearwood, 8km south-east of the Fremantle City Centre and 26km south of the Perth CBD.
The Centre welcomed Major Supermarket Farmer Jack’s in April 2019, who joined the centre’s major retailers including Woolworths, Aldi and Big W.
Located in a high traffic zone surrounded by the main arterial route Rockingham Road, with a total 15,013 cars passing per day. The population of the total trade area generally consists of Australian born, traditional households with a high level of home ownership.
